A few days ago, I had the pleasure of chatting with Ashley Ryan, aka Pythian Priestess to those of you who TikTok, for her excellent podcast The Occult Unveiled.
We talked about all things Isis and the how, whys, and wherefores of Isis priest/ess/ex-hood. It was a fairly wide-ranging conversation and I think we could have gone on for much longer. Ashley is herself a priestess of Isis, so of course, we had a lot in common.

I listened to this episode yesterday and wow! Amazing. I feel called to priestesshood and I’m always finding myself asking “how do I do it!?”So hearing your story was great. Something that was awesome was how you brought up how Isis comes through different goddesses around the world. Like Hekate, Aphrodite, etc… I’m really grateful for this episode and finding out more about you as well 🙂 I’m so interested in learning more about Isis.
First time out of the house in months today. Really worried about transferring from the wheelchair to our truck. Look into the sky. Three hawks arrived and circled above me. Then moved with me toward the truck. I stepped from the wheelchair to a step stool then (somehow) pulled myself up. I made it! Thank you, Isis.
